We were based in the lovely village of Kettlewell where everything was built with local stone and we didn't need to travel too far a field to enjoy the local sights.
On the way home we took in a birds of prey experience involving, hawks, owls and eagles - a fantastic outing choc full of facts and action.

Gabrielle & Genghis
Step 1, take one (of about 10) specially bred baby chickens.
Step 2, clench your teeth
Step 3, feeding time - not much chewing involved.
Me and my little friend (and he could sure get the tucker down his gate too)
